We’re Hiring!

We are a Mobil gas station with existing car wash that has a vibrant customer base that is hiring for all shifts, with both full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) positions available. The morning shift is 7:00a-2:00p, and the swing shift is 2:00p-9:00p.

We are also hiring full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) full-service car wash attendants.

Responsibilities

In-Store Car Wash
  • Provide good customer service
  • Receive cash for purchases from customers. Money can also be obtained through credit cards, cash, automatic debits or voucher
  • Resolve customer complaints, as they arise
  • Always ensure that adequate amount of cash is available at cashier counter so that balance can be paid to the customers easily
  • Direct customers up to the tunnel/ track
  • Greet the customer
  • Take payment for specified carwash
  • Prep vehicle
  • Send vehicle into wash
  • Towel-dry vehicle

Requirements

    • In-Store: At least 21 years or older (because we sell tobacco, beer and wine)
    • Car-Wash: At least 16 years or older (with approval if under 18)
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Accuracy at basic math and cash-handling
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to report to work when scheduled
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with a wide variety of days/times available to work
  • Ability to cover other shifts on short notice, whenever possible
  • Ability to problem-solve, effectively multi-task, and manage competing priorities for best outcomes
  • Ability to effectively perform job duties with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to handle stressful situations well; quickly find and implement appropriate solutions
  • Strong self starter and with the ability to get job done

  • Minimum Pay: $14.00 DOE
  • Duration: Full Time, Over 150 Days
  • Maximum Pay: $16.00
  • Minimum hours per week: 16
